The week of July 12 to 18, 2013 Giant is running a promo to get 400 bonus gas points when you buy 6 participating items in one transaction.

 

The Kellogg's Cereal cups will pay for themselves in gas if you put 15 gallons in your tank.  If you get more than that, it's a money maker!!

If you have 2 vehicles and your Shell gas station allows, you can fill park them end to end at the pump, input your gas rewards info, fill one tank and then the other tank.  My car takes regular gas and my husband's uses diesel, so I can only fill up one vehicle at a time, but for this deal I will take along gas cans to use once my tank is full!

Buy 6 Kellogg's Cereal Cups
Pay $6.00 out of pocket
Earn 400 gas points or 40 cents off the price per gallon

For 15 gallons that equals a $6.00 savings
For 20 gallons that equals an $8.00 savings
For 25 gallons that equals a $10.00 savings
For 30 gallons that equals a $12.00 savings

While the number of gas points that you can earn is not limited, 30 gallons is the maximum that you can pump at one time with your gas points.
