Today I ran by Food Lion to pick up some things that are part of the Super Sale. I had purchased 20 items yesterday, so I had a $5.00 Catalina coupon to roll. This time I went through Self Checkout, which was a breeze. Here is what I got:
My Essentials Sugar - $1.79
My Essentials Whole Grain Bread - $1.89
My Essentials Tomato Paste - 43 cents x 3 = $1.29
My Essentials Canned Vegetables - 50 cents x 3 = $1.50
My Essentials Burritos - 50 cents x 12 = $6.00
Total = $12.47
- $5.00 Catalina = $7.47 out of pocket or 37 cents per item
Then, I got another $5.00 Catalina for purchasing 20 items today!
