Wish Bone Dressing (16 oz) - $1.98
Hunts Tomatoes (14.5 oz) - $1.00
My Essentials or Food Lion Pasta (12-16 oz) - 99¢

The Big Deal is continuing and, in addition to the items I suggested last week, there are a few other good options:

Ragu Pasta Sauce - $1.67
17 cents each, when included the The Big Deal, if you have the tearpad coupon for $1.00 that looks like this:

Pasta Roni and Rice-A-Roni - $1.00
50 cents each when included in the Big Deal

Hormel Sandwich Makers - $2.00
50 cents each when included in The Big Deal, with the $1.00 coupon from the 6/2 Smart Source insert!

The Shell Gas Card promo is also continuing - get a $15.00 gift card when you spend $40.00 in one transaction for 6 out of 8 weeks. This is week Number 4.

  1. Hi Theresa-
I just got back from week 4 gas receipt. I went to another Food Lion. It went much smoother. I spent $16.80. I got (2) 8 pack Powerades; (2) Oatmeal Poptarts; (1) 2L Coke Zero; (2) Quaker Yogurt Granola Bars; (3) Ragus; (1) Mount Olive Pickles; 2.64lbs Bananas; (2) Eggo Wafflers; (1) International Delight Creamer; (1) FL Brand Paper Towels; and (1) Liquid Plumber.

Thanks for holding my hand during this process :-)

  2. You did great! I would love to know how you got the $40.00 down to $16.80. I was only able to get my total down to $17.50 this week, and that was with a $5 home mailer coupon and a book of stamps that I didn't count as groceries.
