The fruit or produce had to be purchased by 3/4/14 but the form does not have to be postmarked until 3/17/14. The offer is good to residents of AL, AR, CT, HI, KY, MA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, RI, UT, VA and WV only.
