What To Do When Your Catalina Doesn't Print
Last week I bought 2 packages of Reach Dental Floss at Rite Aid and did not receive the $2.00 Catalina coupon that I was expecting. I asked the cashier if the Catalina machine was working, and he replied that it was blinking with an error message. Uggh....
When I got home I went to the Catalina Marketing website to ask for help. You can file a claim on line or call their toll free number 1-888-826-8766 within 14 days of your transaction.
There used to be a form to fill out on the Coupon Network website, but that shut down on January 6, 2014. The section to file a claim on-line at the Catalina Market website did not seem to be working, so I ended up calling.
Here is what you need to request a missing Catalina:
- the name and address of the store
- date and time of the transaction
- transaction number
- cashier number
- total amount of purchase
All of this info can be found on your receipt.
You will also need your store loyalty card number.
Catalina Marketing will ask which promotion you did not receive the Catalina coupon for and request your name and mailing address, email, and phone number so that they can send the missing coupon to you.
Then, they will send it out to you within 10 business days.

I have done this in the past when a catalina did not print. I must say the Catalina people are extremely helpful when you provide all the information outlined. I have never had an issue getting a catalina from them when I followed the process
