If you are trying to load a ZVR onto you VIC card and it won't work, check to see how many ZVR's you already have. The maximum is 99. You remove one, and then you will be allowed to load another!
This is really exciting but I'm hesitant to use the ZVRs because they haven't worked for me at all in the past. HT keeps telling me things like it takes 6 weeks for your account to activate. Huh? :)
ReplyDeletePerhaps they mean 6 weeks from when sign up for your VIC card to get it in the system? Is a good idea to print out a list of your ZVR's before you shop. Then, if something doesn't come off, you can just take your receipt and list to customer service and they will give you the cash. HT has excellent customer service and they have never questioned me when I said there was a mistake.
