The final price you pay will depend on the cost of the chicken that you purchase, so to get the best deal, look for the cheapest package of chicken! The non-chicken items add up to $12.75, so your total will be the cost of your chicken plus $2.75.

I think this is a pretty good deal since the vegetables, bread, water and ice cream are all on sale in addition to this discount. It's like you are paying for the chicken and one other item and getting the rest for free! You can do the Meal Deal as many times as you want, but only once per transaction.
