Sam's Club is offering free health screenings at locations with pharmacies and membership is not required!
This Saturday, February 8th, they will be offering free Heart Health screenings from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, including glucose, vision and cholesterol tests!
Other free health screening events will be held in April and May.
