I didn't do a lot a shopping last week, except to pick up some more Food Lion Super Sale items and cheap things at Harris Teeter. I also grabbed the freebies and cheap Halloween candy at Rite Aid.

I came in easily under $50.00 this week and had enough left in my budget to take one of my daughters to a local pick-your-own orchard and splurge on 8.4 lbs of apples. They were $1.00 a pound, which was a bargain price!
Great! I really want to go to an orchard. We were going to try to make it to NY but we are not going to so I might have to find out where you ended up to get $1.00 per pound :)
