You can print the coupons HERE.  Set the pop-up window for the number that you want, because you cannot go back and print more later.  Maximize your savings with the meat FLIP by looking for marked-down meats to use it on!

Here is a nice scenario stacking the Meat FLIP with the Jennie-O FLIPS and manufacturer's coupons:

Buy:
- Jennie-O Turkey Bacon - $3.49
- Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll - $2.79
Subtotal = $6.28

Use:
- $2.00 off $5.00 Meat FLIP
- $0.75 Jennie-O Bacon FLIP and this 75 cent coupon:
$0.75 off JENNIE-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll
- $0.75 Jennie-O Sausage FLIP and this 75 cent coupon:
$0.75 off JENNIE-O Turkey Bacon 12 oz
- Pay a total of $1.28 or 64 cents each!

Soda is a great deal this week with the soft drink FLIP because 12 packs of Pepsi, Moutain Dew, Sierra Mist are on sale for $2.50!

Buy:
- 2 Pepsi soda product 12-packs
= $5.00

Use:
- $1.50 FLIP off a soft drink purchase of $5.00
= $3.50 or 1.55 each!

Remember to scan your MVP card at the blue Savings Center kiosk when you enter the store. I continually get a coupon for 75 cents off any bag of My Essentials rice. The small bags of both brown and white rice are 77 cents, so I have a pile of rice bags in my pantry that cost 2 cents apiece!

  1. Do food lion double coupons now? They used to, then stopped, now back again?

  2. No, unfortunately they do not double coupons. My store used to be a Bloom, which doubled coupons, but they stopped when they converted to a Food Lion. Both Bloom and Food Lion are owned by the same parent company, Delhaize America.
