Check your account at MyCokeRewards for new items under "My Special Offers". These rewards, found under the Coke Summer Full Unlock Catalog section, are limited to one per account:
I ordered the McDonalds Arch Card and the free Ritz Crackers last time these were offered about 2 months ago, and just ordered them again today!
The McDonald's card was gone from my account so either they sold out already or because I ordered it the last time, I was not eligible again. But I did get the Ritz!
