NatureMade Wellness Rewards Program and Free Code!

The 1/27 Smart Source insert had a NatureMade code worth 25 points!
The code - VITAMELTS - can be entered on-line HERE for credit in the NatureMade Wellness Rewards program.

This program allows you to submit codes found on bottles of NatureMade vitamins and supplements to earn the following awards:

$3.00 coupon or Costco check - 300 points
$7.00 coupon or Costco check - 500 points

You can redeem one $3.00 and one $7.00 reward every 30 days.

The 7 or 8 digit code is made up of numbers and letters. The code on bottles can be found on the side of the bottle, often in a green colored bar.  For boxed packages, the code can be found on the top of the packaging.

Codes may be worth anywhere between 50 and 175 points each.  Points will expire after a year of inactivity of not entering any product codes.
