I haven't been back to Harris Teeter since my last trip for two reasons:
1 - I didn't want to go out in the cold weather and the kids have been home from school, so it's been hard to focus on couponing.
2 - In the past I've always had great experiences at Super Doubles, but this last trip I had a lot of problems. Between ZVR's that didn't come off coupons, that didn't double, and coupons that wouldn't scan, I came home with very little. Customer Service refused to push anything through manually and it t put a damper on my enthusiasm to go back.

Sorry about your problems. I had a couple that didn't double. That manager was annoying, too. I don't go to that HT often though.
ReplyDeleteI got the BIC coupon and a Kikkoman coupon pushed through so it all worked out for me but I do have problems if I don't go to my normal store so I don't bother. I didn't think that there was that much this time but I did get the Celestial Seasonings Christmas/Holiday tea which was marked down to $1.89 and there was a coupon in 10/6 SS that expired yesterday which made them free. I also grabbed a few ham steaks and Hormel Rev wraps. I didn't find that much that I couldn't live without and I didn't have a lot of coupons burning a whole in my pocket. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and hope things are better next time.
ReplyDeleteIs there a new manager at your store? :-( I am so sorry.
ReplyDeleteThere is one customer service rep who makes up her own rules, and she was the only one on duty that day.
DeleteIt sucks when managers make up their own rules and are protected under the store policy umbrella of "manager has the final say on what coupons to accept." And what sucks more is that most stores have at least one of those managers on the premise. Sometimes taking a small break of a day or two is not such a bad thing :-) As you can see....we all missed you
