ReplyDeleteWould you know why I can't get on the VV at Rite aid. I read somewhere that if you used your computer for more then one account they blocked you? My 2 daughters usually use my computer to watch there's when they have time, ( I Watch there children while they work and sometimes they would watch the video's they wanted to but now none of us can get on?) Just wondering if you knew how to watch them? Thank you

I just tried to log in to mine and it says my info isn't right? Which I know it is, what is going on with Rite aid? UGH!!
ReplyDeleteLisa - I printed the same VV coupon today twice - one from my account and one from my husband's account. You have to log out AND close the window before trying to log back in to a different account. Also, if you have the same phone number associated with both accounts, you will not be able to use both. The same address is OK. If that doesn't work for you, I would call their Customer Service for help.

ReplyDeleteI finally changed my password and logged in. I click on the video values link and the page doesn't load for me. Do you have any idea's on what to do? This has happened for a few months now and I gave up doing those. The page is blank when it goes to video's to watch. Thank you..

Which browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?
